Positions Currently Available

Residential Division

We are currently seeking Regional Sales Managers throughout the United States, who will develop aspiring sales teams to attain the company's goals. Each Manager will be responsible for a geographical territory and will manage up to 24 sales representatives within said territory. We are looking for highly motivated articulate individuals with a strongdirect sales background. Recruitment, training and motivation of 'Team Members' will be an integral part of this position; accordingly, strong people skills will be an obvious mandate.

We are seeking Sales Representatives for opportunities throughout the country, to serve as 'Team Members' on regional teams strategically positioned throughout the country. Direct sales experience is essential, and a willingness to participate at trade exhibitions is an important requirement of this position.

Commercial and Industrial Division

We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager who will oversee all Commercial and Industrial operations nationwide, reporting to our Vice President of Sales. The position requires a seasoned manager with outstanding organizational skills and capable of managing a sales organization numbering in excess of 200. In addition, this individual will have corporate responsibility for the management of the company's broker network, and will undertake full P & L responsibility. A business degree would be highly advantageous, along with an impressive experience curve dedicated to the achievement of goals through the effective management and motivation of sales employees.

We are also seeking Regional Sales Managers to develop synergistic sales organizations throughout the United States, who are capable of conforming to corporate mandates while effectively integrating their 'Team' into the corporate body.We are anxious to recruitment independent Brokers in selective locations throughout the United States who will promote the sale of the company's products and services, while aligning their group with the corporate sales effort.
